Day #1
So today marks the first day that I am going to try this. I am hoping that it will help me to feel less stressed by listing all of the positive things in my life. Here it goes…
Day #1
Three things I am grateful for:
1. My family
2. My health
3. Being financially stable
One good thing that has happened in the past 24 hours:
Today, I was able to spend quality time with my mom by accompanying her to the Orange Blossom Festival. We walked around and ate lots of really good food and looked at what people were selling while I was able to vent to her about what is going on with me lately. Then, I was able to finally study for some time at the library to work on getting my math certification. It made me feel good to accomplish something successful and I felt like I used my day in a productive way. Today, I felt good.
